For our client, a big international holding company, we are looking for candidates for the position of Consolidation Specialist. Do you have experience from accounting team of group companies? Do you have knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS? Then we are looking for you!

Your main tasks will be:

• Monthly preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS;
• Reporting as required by Head Quarter
• Assist Financial Planning and Analysis team on the preparation of the annual budget of the Group and update the forecast on a quarterly basis if needed
• Assist accounting departments to prepare standalone reports (GAAP and IFRS);
• Prepare and report Compliance Certificates (bank covenants) on a quarterly basis
• Assist the Finance General Director to establish/upgrade financial management systems and support the information system development from finance division
• Prepare position documents on complex technical accounting issues;
• Assist with preparation of the IFRS Group reporting packages including review of mapping from CAS to IFRS, review of IFRS changes adoption, etc.;

Your qualifications should be:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ work experience ideally with global CFA firms or accounting department of group companies;
• Very good knowledge in accounting and finance (CPA, CMA, CFA or other are prefered)
• Experience with financial control of group companies;
• Good command of at least one major accounting systems;
• Very good MS Office skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Advanced English, both oral and written
• Ability to work in a team
