IT Solution Analyst

Job purpose:

Support the digitalization of business operations in the Region, in line with the business and IT Strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

Consolidate business requirements, translate them into IT requirements (functional, non-functional, data flows, integration) and match them with solutions from the global IT solution catalog.
When needed, assess IT solutions on the market, aiming for global/regional reusability. Ensure that the IT solutions meet security and compliance requirements (GDPR, company’s policies, etc.).
Support the Architecture team in documenting the IT solutions and in obtaining the endorsement by the Architecture Board, working closely with enterprise and solution architects, security teams and functional and deployment leads.
Support the projects on functional and non-functional topics, liaising with project manager, functional leaders and suppliers/partners. Provide ad-hoc advisory to IT teams. Participate in the test of IT solutions.
Nurture effective communication and cooperation with local, regional and global IT teams, project teams and external partners.

Job experience & skills:

Fluent English (B2)
3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the service industry
Proficiency in project management, awareness of Agile
Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage
Experience with architecture frameworks and integration middleware is an advantage
