We are looking for

IT Head Czech and Slovakia (M/F)

Job description:
Lead the delivery and operations of IT solutions and digital platforms in the Adecco’s Czech and Slovak affiliates, including HQ and remote branches. Manage IT team.
Engage with business leaders and other colleagues to understand business priorities, needs and pains. Identify opportunities to address them through technology.
Translate demand and opportunities into IT plans, leveraging global IT portfolio wherever possible. Plan and manage the affiliate IT budget. Identify opportunities and take steps to increase efficiency, optimize the spent and reinvest savings to increase the overall IT value and impact.
Oversee and support the deployment of IT and digital systems and its integration into local IT landscape, working hand in hand with the regional and global project teams. Lead local value-added IT projects. Ensure full adoption of the IT / digital systems and tools by user community.
Manage efficient and reliable IT operations for affiliate’s HQ and remote branches, educate users and deliver technical support, ensuring the IT capabilities are utilized to a full extent. Ensure IT continuity for business-critical systems.
Provide adequate measures for protecting company’s data assets against cyber risks (data leakage, thefts) and ensure compliance with applicable personal data protection laws (GDPR).
Nurture effective communication and cooperation with business leaders and other colleagues in the affiliate, regional and global IT teams and external partners. Manage local IT vendor relationships.
Lead a small local IT team (2-3 FTE) towards high performance. Develop talents.

Requirements:

University degree in Engineering / Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Fluent English (C1)
• 6+ years of business experience in IT
• 2+ consecutive years of experience in leading teams
• Proficiency in product/project management and hands-on experience with Agile.
Managerial:
