Receptionist - part time


Office support:

  • Welcoming visitors
  • Taking care of visitors and candidates /seating, refreshment, etc.
  • Meeting rooms booking upon request
  • Ordering of taxi, handling ad hoc requests from visitors
  • Communication with the main reception and facility department of the building
  • Supporting Office Operations Manager
  • Helping with international meetings and team events

HR Support:

  • Responsible for management of entry mandatory trainings (BOZP and PO; ACE)
  • Multisport Card Management (orders, cancelation etc.)


  • Very good level of English (written and oral) - daily use
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience on a similar position
  • Independent and mature personality
  • MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
