o establish and maintain contact with customers concerning past due invoices, payment trends, resolution of disputed invoices and others
o prioritize and perform reactive collection activities o monitor incoming payments o provide proactive actions with collections in order to avoid and reduce overdues o report open items
o investigate billing disputes and cooperate with division sales to respond to external queries o provide customer service
