IT Organizational Change Management Lead for GPR

We are searching for a team player who would like to join our brand new IT HUB in Prague in a role of IT Organizational Change Management Lead for Global Reporting & Planning.
Can you imagine yourself as an enthusiastic leader who has knowledge in IT & Business area and would like to plan the organizational change management approach and activities for the rollout of the GRP?

Job purpose:

• Ensures the adoption of the Global Reporting & Planning (GRP) solution through effective change management approach including stakeholder/impact analysis, communication planning and execution and training
• Focus will be on the people side of change – including changes to key reporting, business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures for release of the solution at the Global and Local level (BU/Country)
• Promote and ensure adherence to the new change management methodology and toolkit

Main accountabilities:

• Plan the organizational change management approach and activities for the rollout of the GRP and ensure their execution in alignment with other activities for this rollout at local level (BU / Country).

These tasks focus on the following “drivers” related to the people side of change:
o Organization and job role changes
o Process changes
o Communication
o Coordination
o Training
o Adoption

• To understand and estimate the OCM needs during the business case phase
• To work with the business representatives during early life support to facilitate adoption
• To manage OCM workshops for the country rollout
• To identify what is changing in the Business process & roles and the affected population (local org. impact analysis); this includes to identify the affected colleagues as well as stakeholders to involve
• To support the local representatives to define mobilization, communication and training plans (Contribute to business resources / communication / training requirements collections)
• To deliver training (predominantly with the train the trainer approach)
• To support local functions, business partners & business units to adapt OCM deliverables to their country roll out
• To follow KPIs and discussing with the CM lead the strategy to define for continuous adoption

Management Responsibilities & Decision Power:

• Working with program management providing guidance on Organization Change Management planning/activities
• Participate in all key GRP management committees in Country and Globally (as applicable)
• Coordinate with external vendor OCM support resources and local/global OCM resource network
• Responsible for deployment of OCM activities in the road-map of GRP projects
• Ensure adoption of OCM methodology and framework during and after GRP projects

Professional & Leadership Experience:

• Experience leading change management work in a large global IT organization or consultancy
• Proven track record of successfully delivering OCM activities for projects in complex organizations
• Basic understanding and knowledge of general IT technology, systems and management processes
• Design and implementation of new processes or methodologies in complex organizations
• Ability to gain good understanding of business processes and objectives with subject matter expertise to support OCM activities
• Capability to lead and coordinate global virtual teams/resources
• Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels
• Knowledge of Project Methodologies (preferred)
• Hands-on experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
