IT Program Manager (Back office)

For newly built international IT HUB here in Prague, we are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager (Back office) who would like to become a part of an international team and to use his previous experience in project portfolio management/program management.

You will have an opportunity to be part of the start up and to be among the first on this sailing ship.
You will be able to contribute actively with your experience while gaining new insights at an international level across Europe.

Main tasks:

IT Program Manager:

  • Manages (end to end) a portfolio of projects (assessments or delivery projects)
  • Ensures that the projects achieve their outcome within the IT business strategies
  • Is responsible for the timely delivery of assigned projects
  • Supports Project Managers and makes sure the specified scope of program is delivered on time, with quality and within given budget
  • Consolidates project plans and creates the program plan
  • Resolves projects escalations and makes sure that program's projects meet their objectives
  • Facilities and drives program steering committee's

We require:

  • Technical mindset with a qualification preferably in Project Management
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to travel on regular basis (mainly short term travels within Europe up to 50% of time)
  • Expertise in ERP implementation
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Navision, Oracle (Peoplesoft or Ariba is a plus)
